What We Do
Full-service support for artists, bands, labels, and promoters — from the first note to the final mix
Live Music & Event Production
We produce and coordinate live music events across Japan and internationally. From intimate club shows to large-scale festival slots, we handle every production element — stage design, sound and lighting vendors, artist logistics, ticketing coordination, and on-site management.
Our Japan-based network includes established relationships with major Tokyo venues, regional promoters, and production crews. For international artists touring Japan, we provide end-to-end local production support, handling everything from venue selection to load-in scheduling.
We also act as the liaison between international production companies and local Japanese crews, ensuring the technical rider is met accurately and nothing is lost in translation.
Live Recording
Capturing live performances demands both technical precision and an intuitive feel for the room. We provide multi-track live recording services that deliver broadcast-quality audio from any venue — club, theatre, festival stage, or studio live room.
Our recordings are delivered as raw multi-track sessions for your own mixing engineers, or as finished, mixed and mastered releases ready for distribution. We work closely with your front-of-house engineer to ensure the recording chain doesn't interfere with the live mix.
Archive recordings, live album releases, streaming concert recordings, and broadcast feeds for TV or radio — whatever the end use, we plan the recording session accordingly.
Video Recording & Production
Music videos, live session films, and concert documentation are all part of our video offering. We work with artists at every stage — from a single-camera live session shot in a rehearsal room to a fully produced narrative music video.
For touring artists, we offer multi-camera concert recording services that deliver both broadcast-grade main mixes and social media cuts. These can be synchronized with the live audio recording for a fully integrated audio/visual deliverable.
Our approach is production-led: we plan the shoot around your music and your audience, not around what's easiest to film. The result is content that feels authentic to you as an artist.
Tour Management
Touring is logistically complex, and the details matter enormously. A missed connection, a miscommunicated rider, or a venue that doesn't understand the technical setup can unravel months of planning in hours.
We handle the full touring logistics chain: routing and scheduling, venue contracts, travel and accommodation, hospitality riders, visa and work permit coordination for Japan, crew logistics, settlement, and on-road problem solving.
For artists new to Japan specifically, we provide Japan tour management as a standalone service — navigating the unique aspects of the Japanese touring market, including communication with domestic promoters, local production standards, and cultural expectations.
Band & Artist Management
Artist management is a long-term relationship built on trust, shared vision, and strategic clarity. We work with a small number of artists directly, providing hands-on management that spans career strategy, deal negotiation, industry relationships, and day-to-day guidance.
For artists not seeking full management, we offer advisory engagements — helping you understand a contract, evaluate a deal, prepare for a major opportunity, or build a realistic plan for the next phase of your career.
Our approach is independent and artist-first. We have no label affiliations or booking agency conflicts of interest. Our goal is to build your career on your terms.
Independent Label Support
Running an independent label requires juggling release logistics, distribution, promotion, and business administration simultaneously. We provide operational support that lets label owners focus on the creative side of the business.
Our label support services cover release strategy and scheduling, digital distribution setup and management across DSPs, playlist pitching coordination, press and media planning, social media content calendars, and physical product fulfilment coordination.
We also work with artists who are self-releasing — functioning as a virtual label team for a release cycle, providing the infrastructure and strategic thinking without the overhead of a full label deal.
