App Dev Plus is a Tokyo-based music agency (Godo Kaisha) focused on live music production, touring, recording, and artist development. We work with independent artists, bands, promoters, and labels who need experienced, hands-on support — whether for a single project or an ongoing professional relationship.

Our model is deliberately lean. We don't maintain a large roster or subcontract to teams who don't know your project. Every engagement is handled personally, with direct communication and clear accountability. The result is the kind of attention to detail and responsiveness that larger agencies can't match.

We operate bilingually in English and Japanese, which gives our clients — especially international artists working in Japan — a genuine advantage in navigating the local market's unique requirements.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the music industry, App Dev Plus has worked across live production, tour management, recording, and artist development in Japan and internationally.
